of pomace of 100% Verduzzo of
Ramandolo grapes at 40 degrees.
Distillation period: 20 days after
the end of grapes harvest
Distillation method: discontinued
alembic on copper steam boiler.
Ageing in barriques for 5 years.
Perfume: strong, woody notes.
Taste: herbaceous, lightly tannic and
full of vanilla fragrances.
In our own dialect “LEN”means wood.
This grappa is exclusively distilled from our
pomace in the distillery of the farm
