Whole grappa obtained from the
distillation of pomace of 100% Verduzzo
of Ramandolo grapes at 55 degrees.
Distillation period: 20 days after the end
of grapes harvest.
Distillation method: discontinued alembic
on copper steam boiler.
Colour: white.
Perfume: intense.
Taste: rich and wrapping.
In our own dialect “RUD” means
mere, pure.
This grappa is exclusively distilled from
our pomace in the distillery of the farm
(IT00UDA00069I license number).
