placed in Ramandolo, on 350 – 370

metres above sea - level, sheltered by

Bernadia mount.

Kind of soil: eocene marnes.

Harvest is hand-made and usually takes

place in the second decade of October.

Colour: vivid ruby red.

Perfume: herbaceous.

Flavour: rich and scented of liquorice.

It blends perfectly with white and red meat,

game and braised meat.
