Sweet wine obtained from 100% Picolit
grapes. Vineyards facing south located
in Ramandolo, 350 – 370 metres above
sea - level, sheltered by Bernadia hill.
Kind of soil: eocene marnes.
Harvest is hand-made and usually takes
place in the first decade of October.
Picolit production as per DOCG regulation
is 40 quintal per hectare. This kind of
production is seldom obtained. Normally
production reaches 5-15 quintal per
hectare, getting from 0.1 to 0.3 kilos
Colour: white with yellow-green reflections.
Perfume: light and elegant, touched by the
scent of wild flowers.
Flavour: very delicate aroma.
