Uèli Bianchera

UÈLI BIANCHERA

This is virgin olive oil which is produced

in our own live-plantation, which are

located in Adorgnano (Udine), they are

the widest in Friuli. Its olives are

exclusively “monocultivar Bianchera”

and they are picked up manually and

grinded the same day.

Its lightly dim aspect is due to the natural

extolment.

Its colour is yellow-green with gold

reflections. It smells of olive and fruit.

Its taste is sweetly fruity and delicate,

it reminds of artichoke and almond.

Its aroma is persistent and harmonious.

Its acidity is 0,15%.

It blends with vegetables, beans, fish,

soups and grilles meat.
