Red wine obtained from 100% Pignolo

grapes. Ageing inbarriques for 24 months.

Vineyards facing south placed in

Ramandolo, on 350 – 370 metres above

sea - level, sheltered by Bernadia mount.

Kind of soil: eocene marnes.

Harvest is hand-made and usually takes

place in the second decade of October.

Colour: garnet-red.

Perfume: spicy and ripe fruit and vanilla.

Flavour: rich and lightly tannic.

It blends with important courses such

as red meat or game.
