Red wine obtained from 100% Refosco

dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes.

Vineyards facing south placed in

Ramandolo, on 350–370 metres above

sea - level, sheltered by Bernadia mount.

Kind of soil: eocene marnes.

Harvest is hand-made and usually takes

place in the second decade of October.

Colour: vivid ruby red with violet

reflections.

Perfume: strong and rose petal scented.

Flavour: rich and lightly tannic.

It blends with main courses such as

savoury soups, risotto,courses of red meat

and grilled meat.
