Sauvignon grapes. Vineyards facing

south placed in Ramandolo, on 350 –

370 metres above sea - level, sheltered

by Bernadia mount.

Kind of soil: eocene marnes.

Harvest is hand-made and usually takes

place in the second decade of September.

Colour: intense yellow.

Perfume: varietal aromas.

Flavour: complex and persistent.

It blends perfectly with delicate courses,

fish,shellfish, poultry.
